Meet the faces of the Premier Choice team.
Becky has 25 years of association management experience in not-for-profit organizations, including foundations and professional associations with an emphasis on governance, organizational management, technology and systems management. She has effectively developed member engagement strategies and methods for measuring member participation. This methodology and attention to detail continues to serve as the model for our commitment to quality in all of the services we offer to our client partners.
As an executive working with healthcare clients for 20 years, Becky has led effective health care policy efforts and built a strong team of lobbyists for each professional association she has managed. Becky has also established successful foundation management, industry partner partnership development and fundraising approaches for all our clients, including philanthropic entities.
Becky currently serves as Executive Director of the Maryland Academy of Family Physicians, the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians – Foundation, Chief Strategy Officer of Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians and most recently began working with the Maryland-DC Society of Addiction Medicine.
Becky enjoys spending time with family (especially the grand babies), hanging out with friends and spending time outdoors.
In addition to the many roles Brandon has as Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for coordinating with the partners of Premier Choice implementing all administrative and program strategies within required time-frames, while meeting PCAM’s high standards for quality, effective association management services. He oversees and implements client policies and monitors staff activities according to existing policies. Brandon evaluates financials with the executive directors, analyzes trends, develops programs and is responsible for financial contracts.
Working with the manager of operations, he uses his strengths to evaluate client programs, develop client membership benefits, and expand operations. Brandon serves as the Executive Director for Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians and oversees educational programming, including professional and personal development for Premier Choice and our clients.
In his spare time he enjoys going on family walks and spending time outside.
Madeline provides friendly, professional services to our foundation and association clients. As the manager of operations, her strengths include her ability to effectively collaborate with staff, develop client member services and expand operations efficiencies. In addition to her operations management responsibilities, Maddie is responsible for administration in fundraising programs, development, and donor relations.
She also facilitates foundation board development activities; leads, manages, organizes, and executes organizational and administrative support activities as executive leadership’s primary administrative lead. Acting as the primary contact for corporate relations and develop corporate sponsors for all clients, she enjoys the opportunity to develop and maintain these relationships. Maddie’s experience in a variety of areas of association management make her a great asset to our team.
In her free time, Maddie enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
Melody works closely with our association clients and members to deliver clear, effective messaging that strengthens connections and fosters meaningful engagement. Melody holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations and brings a passion for impactful communication to our team.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her family, reading, and spending time with her dogs.
With nearly a decade of experience in association management and nonprofit work, Amanda brings a steady, thoughtful approach to operations, communications, and organizational support. She helps organizations achieve their goals through her continuous improvement mindset, emphasizing structure and sustainable growth in processes, projects, and initiatives.
Throughout her career, Amanda has worked with various local, national, and international healthcare associations, promoting healthier communities and supporting education and collaboration for healthcare professionals.
Outside of work, Amanda can be found at her daughter’s soccer games, gardening, or spending time with her four pets (3 cats and a dog).
Adam is dedicated to communications, promotions, and logistics for our foundation partners. He brings a passion for storytelling and community development to his work to ensure that our clients voices are heard and their goals are uplifted. He holds a Master of Arts in Public Service from Marquette University, and has a professional background in communications, events, and nonprofit management.
In his free time, he enjoys video games, baking, exploring Milwaukee, and being a patron of the arts.
Steve supports PCAM and its growing client organizations by successfully and accurately performing finance and accounting activities. He serves as Financial Manager for our clients and provides support with budgeting and projections in addition to the day-to-day financial responsibilities. Steve comes with over 30 years of experience managing the financials of both corporate and nonprofit sectors.
When Steve is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids.
Josh provides quality support to PCAM's stakeholders including its leaders, PCAM team members, and its association client base.
This includes: user and network trouble-shooting; vendor relations – equipment, network, technology-based tools and platforms including research, strategy, coordination; IT support of podcasts, webcasts (live and recorded) and webinars; maintains association and company processes related to technology, virtual meeting tools and platform.
He spends his free time with his wife and son doing the things they love doing together including sports, hiking and biking.
Larry brings over 40 years of experience in service industry management, mission and vision buy-in, strategic planning, change management, measurement and satisfaction. He has presented nationally in the areas of continuous quality improvement, healthcare payment reform and association management.
His exemplary leadership and vision ensure the advancement of our clients’ missions. Larry serves as the Senior Advisor of the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians. He also contributes as a chief strategy officer for several other clients and his innovative approach to building personalized member relations has been recognized by peers and clients.
Larry claims to be funny all the time and enjoys sipping wine with friends.
