Larry Pheifer

Managing Partner

Larry brings over 40 years of experience in service industry management, mission and vision buy-in, strategic planning, change management, measurement and satisfaction. He has presented nationally in the areas of continuous quality improvement, healthcare payment reform and association management. His exemplary leadership and vision ensure the advancement of our clients’ missions. Larry serves as the Executive Director of the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians.  He also contributes as a chief strategy officer for several other clients and his innovative approach to building personalized member relations has been recognized by peers and clients.

Becky Wimmer

Managing Partner

Becky has 20 years of experience in non-profit organizations, including foundations and associations with an emphasis on organizational management, technology and systems management. She has effectively developed and fine-tuned electronic communication strategies and methods for measuring member participation. This methodology and attention to detail continues to serve as the model for our commitment to quality in all of the services we offer to our client partners. Becky has developed very successful foundation management, industry partner relationship development and fundraising approaches for all our clients, including philanthropic entities.  Becky serves as Executive Director of the Maryland Academy of Family Physicians, the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians – Foundation and Chief Strategy Officer of Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians.

Brandon Wimmer

Chief Operating Officer

In addition to the many roles Brandon has as Chief Operating Officer, Brandon is responsible for coordinating with the Managing Partners and implementing all administrative and program strategies within required time-frames.  Brandon also oversees and implements academy policies and monitors staff activities according to existing policies.  He also evaluates financial statements with the executive directors on a monthly basis and analyzes trends and develops program and financial contracts.  Lastly, Brandon collaborates with staff and evaluates program and activity performance and maintains competency in organization policies. Brandon serves as Deputy Executive Director for Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians and oversees educational programming, including professional and personal development.

Debra Markoff

Fundraising Development Coordinator

As Fundraising Development Coordinator, Debra is here to help strengthen implementation of fundraising efforts for the associations. She has experience in fundraising from years as a development director in higher education. Her responsibilities include organizing campaign strategies, setting communication and funding goals, and she coordinates identification and relationship building with donors and other groups.

Madeline Everson

Program Development Specialist and Administrative Lead

Madeline provides friendly, professional services to our foundation and association clients.  She is responsible for administration in fundraising programs, development, and donor relations.  She also facilitates foundation board development activities; leads, manages, organizes, and executes organizational and administrative support activities as executive leadership’s primary administrative lead. Acting as the primary contact for corporate relations and develop corporate sponsors for all clients, she enjoys the opportunity to develop and maintain these relationships. Maddie’s experience in a variety of areas of association management make her a great asset to our team.

Jennifer Rizzolo

Administrative and Member Services Specialist

With a considerable background in hospitality management, Jenny brings strong customer service, organizational and administrative talents to our association clients. She prides herself in delivering smart, forward-thinking solutions that are in the best interest of the organizations we serve and their constituent members. Her demonstrated accomplishments give her the aptitude to successfully and expertly lead, manage, organizes, and execute organizational, administrative, and secretarial activities in this fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Joshua Wimmer

Event Producer & Technology Coordinator

Josh provides quality support to PCAM's stakeholders including its leaders, PCAM team members, and its association client base.  This includes: user and network trouble-shooting; vendor relations – equipment, network, technology-based tools and platforms including research, strategy, coordination; IT support of podcasts, webcasts (live and recorded) and webinars; maintains association and company processes related to technology, virtual meeting tools and platform.

Steve Gall

Accounting Manager

Steve supports PCAM and its growing client organizations by successfully and accurately performing finance and accounting activities. He serves as Financial Manager for our clients and provides support with budgeting and projections in addition to the day-to-day financial responsibilities. Steve comes with over 30 years of experience managing the financials of both corporate and nonprofit sectors.

Joe Poremba

Communications & Membership Specialist

As Communications & Membership Specialist, Joe is responsible for developing and distributing member communications including newsletters, blast emails, social media, and surveys. Joe uses his background in marketing and business design and innovation to develop engaging content to promote the benefits and value of membership to our client associations and their members. Joe has certifications in SasleForce, Microsoft, Google Analytics, and MailChimp - skills that are a tremendous benefit to our members.
